Ingredients for Fried Beans:
-4-5 cup cooked red or black beans.
-2 diced onions.
-1/2 diced green pepper.
Proceedings Recipe Fried Beans:
-Force beans through a sieve or food mill. Do not use a blender.
-In frying pan, put enough cooking oil to amply cover bottom.
-Brown onions and green pepper, add bean pulp.Add salt to taste.
-Slowly fry beans , stirring occasionally to bring bottom drier beans to top.
-Use long handled wooden spoon.
-Fry till bean pasted is formed.It will be relatively «dry» .
-Serve with fried rice, fried bananas or tortillas.
